End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and Adam May ("Owner"). By downloading or using the Fortu app, you agree to abide by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Fortu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app solely for the purpose of finding gift ideas. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to the content, design, and trademarks, are owned by Fortu.Subscriptions and Purchases
The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Weekly Plan: $1.99 per week
Monthly Plan: $3.99 per month
By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms displayed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds for unused periods of a subscription will not be provided except as required by law or Apple's App Store policies.
Termination
Adam May reserves the right to terminate your access to the app if you violate this Agreement or misuse the app. Termination of access does not entitle you to any refund for subscriptions or purchases.Limitation of Liability
Adam May is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, interruption, unauthorized access, or app performance issues. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.Privacy

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.Changes to the Agreement
Adam May reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or other communication methods before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.Contact Us

Onboarding Details: We collect your name, date of birth, and gender, and if you choose to provide them, your birthplace and birth time. We use this information to personalize your experience in the app and generate more tailored fortunes.
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To verify your identity and provide a secure, personalized experience.
- To store and retrieve your fortunes to maintain the continuity.
